WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Own daily execution of the quality strategy, driving measurable and sustained improvements
* Plan, coordinate, and execute all audits and certifications (ISO, PED, ASME, UL, CSA)
* Champion focused, data-driven problem-solving on key business and quality objectives
* Drive a consistently improving customer experience through quality excellence
* Build and develop a high-performing quality team through hiring, coaching, and development
* Communicate clear strategies, action plans, and performance results across the organization
* Contribute to broader business strategy and operational execution beyond your scope
* Apply reliability engineering principles, including modeling and preventative/predictive measures
* Utilize APQP processes (PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, supplier quality readiness)
* Leverage statistical and reliability tools (e.g., Minitab, Weibull, ReliaSoft, Crystal Ball)
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
* Bachelors degree (Engineering discipline preferred) AND 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing facility
* Demonstrates unwavering integrity and a steadfast commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
* Strong intellectual curiosity and desire to deeply understand the business, customers, and markets
* Ability to prioritize what matters most and maintain focus amid competing demands
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence decisions through facts and analysis
