Senior , ERP Business Analyst

What will you do?


* Provide Level 1 (L1) application support for Coupa Treasury and FIS Global Payments platforms.


* Basic Knowledge on KOMGO - Trade Finance.


* Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, including domestic and cross-border transactions, payment file processing, and approval workflows.


* Support basic treasury operations such as cash management, liquidity tracking, and bank connectivity.


* Analyze and resolve issues by reviewing application logs, error messages, and integration points.


* Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth payment and treasury operations.


* Assist in onboarding new payment formats and connectivity protocols (SFTP/API).
