Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Responsible for Business Development for entire range of Products & Solutions offered and focused segment working.

Customer relationship management, Work with assigned list of customers / consultants for Enquiry generation, product approvals across range, preference creation.

Improve Share of wallet from conversion customers & own business development till project orders get finalized

Review and update Technical Specifications for major products in scope.

Prescribe L&T EAIC favourable specifications in upcoming projects for competitive edge.

Conduct Sales promotion activities / mega seminars / technical presentations /Webinars /IPTs/Product Demos for customers & consultants.

Extensive promotion of LV Switchgear Products with focus on Digital Products & IEC61439 Panel Solutions

Good understanding of Low Voltage & Medium Voltage product range & its application which needs to be utilized at customer places.

Daily activity planning, scheduling, opportunity creation, order win/loss analysis
Key Competencies:

Strong basics of Switchgear product range & its application.

Techno-Commercial understanding of Competition product range.

Good knowledge of all related Customer within territory

Professionalism and Perseverance in the approach

Good communication & presentation skills.

Good Hindi, English.

Bengali preferable.

Time management & customer relationship management
