Join our dynamic Procurement team and make a significant impact on our organization's success! We're seeking a Senior Procurement Professional to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and build valuable supplier relationships.

What will you do:


* Lead end-to-end procurement activities across diverse categories, from supplier identification to contract management


* Negotiate pricing and terms for both direct and indirect operations, ensuring optimal value for the organization


* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring and evaluating their performance


* Manage complex contract administration and ensure compliance with organizational policies


* Execute the supplier strategy by understand multiple business unit needs and translating that to supply that meet Schneider's need.

Including but not limited to securing growth, improving margins (pay terms, inventory, part price), rebalancing, ensuring quality, and delivery performance.


* Be the first escalation level for supplier crisis management.


* Contribute to the purchasing database/tools updates by providing necessary information to commodity managers / supplier leaders/ purchasing assistant

* Proven track record in procurement, sourcing, and supplier relationship management


* Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing both direct and indirect procurement categories


* Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve cost savings


* Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities


* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


* SAP bridge
