What you will do

We are seeking a talented Sr Global Marketing Manager, Aveeno Baby to join our Aveeno Baby Global Brand Team based in Summit, NJ, USA.

The role focuses on leading global marketing initiatives for Aveeno Baby & Aveeno Kids.

This individual will manage brand growth strategy, create content, and support global media efforts to amplify the brand's message.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Connections Excellence


* Develop and execute global brand growth strategy.


* Develop and deliver global marketing toolkits based on consumer insights and category data for rapid deployment across global regions.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, packaging, etc.) to create marketing plans that align with Aveeno's brand values and business objectives.


* Maintain strong communication and alignment with key markets to ensure consistency in strategy execution.


* Lead the creation of communication playbooks focused on full funnel marketing, ensuring alignment with Science of Brand Growth principles.


* Drive successful marketing campaigns for product launches, ensuring strategies are aligned globally and locally.


* Create launch playbooks, to be implemented by regional teams.

Innovation and portfolio excellence


* Delivers a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations.


* Works closely with the Regional and local BMCs markets' teams to delivers the brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs.
