Sacramento Post-Acute, a 94-bed skilled nursing and sub-acute center, is looking for dedicated full-time CNAs to become part of our high-performing care team.

Shift Availability


* AM: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (1 position open)


* PM: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM


* NOC: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Full-time positions available.
