Job Summary:
As a Program/Project Manager in the Insurance Center of Excellence , you will translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and lead end-to-end delivery across technology, operations, and business teams.
You will drive measurable outcomes through strong governance, data-driven decision making, and disciplined execution.
You will embed risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations throughout the lifecycle to enable sustainable, well-controlled change.
You will foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the transformation of strategic objectives into high-impact programs and project roadmaps.
* Manage end-to-end execution across scope, milestones, budget, risks/issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
* Provide clear, timely status reporting and executive communication to senior stakeholders.
* Embed risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Coordinate governance forums and obtain required approvals to support sustainable remediation.
* Use data and analytics to monitor progress, perform root-cause analysis, and drive sustainable solutions.
* Define and track key performance indicators and adjust plans based on leading indicators and outcomes.
* Streamline cross-functional workflows to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and control effectiveness.
* Partner with operations to align process design, controls, and service levels with delivery.
* Build, lead, and mentor teams; promote learning, innovation, and accountability.
* Facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage tradeoffs, and drive decisions across competing priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Minimum of 4 years of program or project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, and dependencies.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
* Experience embedding risk, compliance, or regulatory considerations into delivery plans and outcomes.
* Proven ability to drive execution across technology, operations, and business teams.
* Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and using data to guide decisions and corrective actions.
* Experience with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
* Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including consensus building and conflict resolution.
