Responsibilities


* Provide high‑quality nursing care in accordance with each resident's care plan


* Administer medications and treatments accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly


* Document care in compliance with regulations and facility standards


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team


* Provide leadership and support to CNAs and other staff

Qualifications


* Active California RN license


* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills


* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced care environment


* Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred but not required


* Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care
