💼 What You'll Do


* Lead and inspire staff through engaging training & education programs


* Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing in-services


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


* Plan and run emergency preparedness drills


* Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives


* Monitor quality of care through rounding and coaching


* Maintain accurate training records and documentation


* Collaborate closely with leadership to drive clinical excellence

* Active LVN/LPN license


* Experience in long-term care and staff education


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills


* Passion for teaching, mentoring, and improving patient outcomes


* Current CPR certification
