Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Florida, located in Tampa, is seeking a self-motivated professional to provide leadership and supervision in the role of Dispatcher & Logistics Coordinator.

This position will be responsible for daily dispatching of crane fleet and/or support equipment, prioritizing tasks, meeting customer expectations, and assuring compliance with all government regulations.

This is an exempt, full-time position in a casual office environment.

Essential Functions


* Keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls they make and/or receive, the equipment and staff they monitor and control, and the actions they take.


* Maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts.


* Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.


* Secure permits.


* Ensure company drivers maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT and company safety regulations.


* Dispatcher will also assist in other activities and duties as assigned by Branch Manager. 

Skills and Experience Requirements


* Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions is preferred.


* Experience with aerial lifts, cranes, or other heavy construction equipment is preferred.


* Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads and documentation is preferred.


* Proficient with Microsoft Office and enterprise computer applications.


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Strong organizational and time management skills.


* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


* Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.


* Able to sit for longs periods of time.


* Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment.
