We are currently seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team with passion, integrity, and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

As Director of Rehabilitation, you will:


* Lead and oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility


* Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes


* Monitor program performance, quality measures, and patient satisfaction


* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in rehab services

What We're Looking For


* Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (required)


* Previous leadership or management experience in a rehab setting


* Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices


* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills


* Passion for patient-centered care and team development
