Your Role: Packaging Associate

As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing operations team to support the packaging and labeling of vaccine products.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate labeling, efficient packaging, and maintaining product quality standards in a regulated environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Label and package vaccine products, including vials and bottles, for shipment
• Complete packaging and labeling documentation accurately and in compliance with procedures
• Enter required data into SAP and maintain accurate records
• Monitor packaging line performance to ensure quality and prevent bottlenecks
• Troubleshoot labeling equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment
• Top 2 skills: Strong attention to detail + ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• 1–2 years of experience in a packaging or production role
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks
• Familiarity with SAP or other inventory/production systems
• Experience working in a regulated (USDA, GMP) environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
