Scope/Summary:

The Group Lead, Warehouse Operations is an experienced functional role that provides guidance, work levelling, assistance, and leadership to a team of Distribution, Logistics, and / or Material Control employees.

To assure team continuity across all warehouse operations, this position is expected to gain and maintain knowledge of all aspects of warehouse operations functional execution within the local geography with limited exception.

The role works collaboratively with key business partners to ensure timeliness of execution, replenishment, accuracy, condition, and / or other.

Interacting with all aspects of CooperSurgical to meet business requirements.

The role also works closely with these business partners to identify and implement best practices and address challenges timely and appropriately using a coordinated effort.
