Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming


* Monitor and record vital signs


* Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care


* Collaborate with the care team to support individualized care plans


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Requirements:


* Valid CNA certification


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, patient-focused approach


* Ability to work effectively in a team setting


* Prior experience is a plus, but not required
