What you will do

The Senior Scientist is tasked with carrying out method development, validation, and interpretation of analytical methods for testing consumer products, as well as providing critical investigational support.

The ideal candidate will be a vital member of our Analytical team, contributing to R&D development programs from early stages through to late-stage and post-launch phases.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop, optimize, and validate chromatography, dissolution and mass spectrometry methods for the analysis of consumer health products across various types of dosage forms such as tablets, liquids, semisolids and engineered products.


* Interpret complex analytical data and provide detailed reports and presentations to cross-functional teams.


* Lead critical investigations into analytical issues, troubleshooting instrumentation, and developing solutions to support project timelines.


* Develop and execute analytical methods (assay, impurities, and in vitro dissolution) for various dosage forms using appropriate instrumentation.


* Collaborate with chemists, and other scientists to design experiments and integrate data into broader research and development efforts.


* Maintain and operate analytical instruments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.


* Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists and laboratory staff.


* Stay current with advancements in analytical technologies and methodologies and implement best practices within the team.


* Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, which may include the preparation of documentation for regulatory submission and responses to regulatory agencies.


* Participate in global and regional cross-functional project teams and provide expert input on analytical aspects of R&D development.
