Job Responsibilities:



* Patient Treatment: Provide care to patients under the direction of the Physical Therapist.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports in compliance with PT Board requirements.


* Department Maintenance: Help keep the therapy department organized and the treatment areas clean.


* Patient Care Participation: Attend Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as necessary.


* Treatment Execution: Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans, effectively communicating patient progress to the healthcare team.


* Equipment Reporting: Report any issues with departmental equipment to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.


* Family Education: Educate patients' families and nursing staff on care maintenance programs and provide caregiver training before patient discharge.
