Pay Range: $35-$38 per hour, DOE

Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute in Moreno Valley, California is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing care team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support residents in improving functional independence through individualized therapy plans


* Collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist to implement effective and engaging treatment strategies


* Encourage participation in therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being


* Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress in accordance with regulatory standards


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:


* Active and valid California COTA license


* Passion for working with seniors in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting


* Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills


* Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual resident needs


* SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
