Senior Data Analyst - Front Office
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $114,400.00 - $171,600.00 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights.
This role requires advanced analytical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring data is leveraged effectively to drive decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage data projects and processes with minimal supervision.
* Gather, structure, and interpret data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
* Identify patterns, trends, and insights in complex datasets.
* Design and develop dashboards tailored to business needs.
* Recommend improvements to data acquisition, analysis, and system efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
* Ensure data quality through cleansing, readiness tracking, and validation.
* Partner with the Data Domain team on regional/global initiatives.
* Lead automation projects in collaboration with the DTC team.
* Support onboarding and training related to general data migration processes.
* Standardize Data Ledger content in coordination with Data Analysts.
* Serve as PMDM/Power User and Master Data Trainer.
* Develop and maintain Data Quality Controls (DQC) for new solutions.
