Join the Opening Team of Salem's Newest Boutique Hotel

We are seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven Full-time Front Desk Associate to join the opening team of a brand-new boutique hotel in the heart of Salem, MA.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something special from day one — helping to shape the guest experience and establish our hotel as a standout destination.

Our ideal candidate is welcoming, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:


* Greet guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality


* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately


* Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests


* Provide knowledgeable recommendations about Salem attractions, dining, and events


* Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace


* Maintain accurate records and handle payments securely


* Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications:


* Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred


* Strong verbal and written communication skills


* Excellent typing skills with the ability to compose professional emails and guest correspondence clearly and efficiently


* High attention to detail in written communication and reservation accuracy


* Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure


* Proficiency with computers and reservation systems (experience with hotel PMS a plus)


* Flexible schedule with required weekend and holiday availability


* Professional presentation and positive attitude
