White Blossom Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Status: Full Time
Shifts: All Shifts Available (Day, Evening, NOC)
Compensation: $23 and up DOE
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities


* Provide high‑quality, hands‑on care to residents in accordance with their care plans


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


* Support residents with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation


* Take and record vital signs, weights, and other health indicators


* Maintain accurate documentation following facility and regulatory guidelines


* Create a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff


* Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff


* Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards at all times

Qualifications


* Current CNA certification in the state of California


* Ability to work cooperatively with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team


* Strong communication, reliability, and compassion


* Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required


* Must pass background check and health screening in accordance with state regulations
