Your Role: ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary IT Service Management Architect to provide strategic technical leadership and architectural oversight for our entire ServiceNow platform.

Working closely with the ServiceNow Platform Owner, the IT Service Management Architect will design complex solutions, support platform governance, enforce best practices, and guide development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow capabilities across all modules.

Your Responsibilities:  



* Define the high-level architecture for the global ITSM landscape, orchestrating the integration of platforms with broader IT operations to ensure a cohesive strategy that meets long-term organizational goals


* Lead the continual evolution and improvement of current ServiceNow implementation and deliver enhancements across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, HRSD).


* Form part of the ServiceNow Governance Board, establishing platform governance, standards, best practices, and design patterns for ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration.


* Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT Service Management Development team, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards.


* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, and other IT teams to translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical designs.


* Oversee the design and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.


* Ensure the scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of the ServiceNow platform through proactive design and optimization.


* Conduct technical reviews of proposed solutions and existing implementations, providing recommendations for improvement and risk mitigation.


* Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, data models, and integration diagrams.
