CMT - Weekender (Saturday & Sunday ONLY) 6:45AM- 7:15PM Shift or 6:45PM - 7:15AM

Key Responsibilities

Medication Aide Duties:


* Administer oral and topical medications safely and accurately.


* Observe and report medication reactions, errors, or refusals.


* Verify medications, ensure proper labeling, and follow disposal procedures.


* Maintain detailed and accurate medication records.


* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and pharmacy staff.


* Participate in medication audits, quality assurance, and regulatory surveys.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.


* Measure and document vital signs, weight, and input/output.


* Support residents during meals and hydration.


* Maintain a clean and safe environment.


* Report changes in condition to nursing staff promptly.

Requirements:


* High school diploma or equivalent.


* Valid CNA and CMT certifications.


* Minimum 1 year of verifiable CMT experience required.


* Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and assist in resident evacuations.
