Whitney Oaks Care Center is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our skilled rehab and therapy team.

We provide exceptional skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and post-acute care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:


* Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function


* Work with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes


* Provide patient and caregiver education on safety, mobility, and home exercise programs


* Maintain accurate, timely documentation for compliance and care coordination

Qualifications:


* Current California Physical Therapist license (Required)


* Skilled nursing facility, rehab hospital, or outpatient rehab experience preferred


* Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities


* Passion for rehabilitation therapy and working with older adults
