🧠 Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions


* Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams


* Document treatments and progress accurately and timely


* Support residents in achieving maximum functional independence

✅ Qualifications:


* Active California Occupational Therapist license


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Compassionate, patient-centered approach


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
