Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Fox Hollow Post Acute Full-Time / Part-Time | All Shifts Available

Responsibilities:


* Provide daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.


* Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning safely.


* Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output accurately.


* Respond promptly to call lights and ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.


* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.


* Assist with meals, hydration, and after-meal clean-up.


* Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and handle personal items respectfully.


* Document care in accordance with Fox Hollow Post Acute policies and HIPAA guidelines.


* Support restorative and rehabilitation programs as directed by nursing.

Qualifications:


* Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state.


* Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.


* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


* Compassionate, patient, and committed to high-quality care.

Physical Requirements:


* Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

* Frequent walking, standing, bending, and hands-on care tasks.
