Position Overview

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.

This role plays a critical part in coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with resident care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs


* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications


* Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing


* Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
