Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time (AM & PM Shifts)
Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team.

Position Details


* Status: Full-Time


* Shifts Available: AM and PM


* Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation


* Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center


* Starting $50 per hour DOE

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


* Monitor resident condition, report changes, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.


* Supervise and support CNAs and other care staff during assigned shifts.


* Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and person-centered care values.

Qualifications


* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.


* CPR/BLS certification required.


* Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.


* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.


* Compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
