Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

Position Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans


* Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team


* Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans


* Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility

Compensation & Benefits


* Pay Range: $47-$52 per hour, DOE


* Flexible per diem scheduling

Qualifications


* Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapist license


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program


* Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred


* Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
