As a Server Assistant at Wilhelm und Werner, you are not simply resetting tables or clearing plates—you are the silent guardian of seamless flow.

From the anticipatory water pour that precedes the first course to the flawless reset that welcomes the next guest, you orchestrate the unseen choreography that keeps every dining journey elegant, uninterrupted, and precise.

Key Responsibilities


* Support the delivery of warm, polished, and professional five-star service through precise, silent, and graceful assistance


* Learn and demonstrate growing knowledge of menus, wine service, and refined techniques with genuine enthusiasm


* Anticipate the needs of both guests and the service team, providing proactive and intuitive support


* Execute exact timing for clearing courses, resetting tables, and maintaining seamless dining flow


* Uphold luxury presentation standards in uniform, glassware, silver service, and table maintenance


* Collaborate closely with servers, culinary, and management teams to ensure flawless coordination


* Assist with guest requests and concerns while maintaining composure and discretion


* Maintain an immaculate and refined dining environment at every moment

Qualifications


* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for hospitality required


* No prior server or fine-dining experience necessary — this is explicitly a server-in-training position designed for growth


* Professional presence with clear communication skills


* Ability to multi-task efficiently in a high-expectation environment
