Job Responsibilities


* Define and Prioritize Product Backlog: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, draft user stories and acceptance criteria, and help prioritize the backlog in line with business goals and customer needs.


* Collaborate with Development Teams: Work day-to-day with engineering and design to clarify requirements, track progress, and provide timely feedback; escalate risks and dependencies to ensure increments are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.


* Conduct User Research and Testing: Coordinate and participate in user research and usability testing; synthesize insights and recommend iterations to validate and improve features.


* Support Agile Ceremonies: Participate in and help facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), contributing to effective collaboration and continuous improvement.


* Monitor Product Performance: Pull and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities; propose data-driven recommendations to enhance the product.


* Communicate with Stakeholders: Prepare concise updates on progress, risks, and upcoming priorities; ensure transparency and alignment across teams and stakeholders.


* Develop Product Roadmaps: Contribute to creating and maintaining roadmaps by documenting milestones, dependencies, and timelines; ensure updates are clearly communicated to relevant partners.


* Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies; summarize findings to inform opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
