Job Responsibilities


* Develop tailored financial strategies across investments, credit, liquidity, and planning for existing and prospective clients.


* Prepare client-ready pitch books, proposals, and meeting materials.


* Analyze client balance sheets and objectives; build asset allocation and portfolio recommendations aligned to risk/return goals.


* Support setup and administration of executive trading plans (10b5-1), equity compensation solutions, and offerings for private equity professionals.


* Conduct research on markets, companies, and client situations to identify opportunities and deepen relationships; review existing relationships to build pipeline.


* Partner with investment, lending, planning, and banking specialists to deliver integrated advice.


* Respond to client inquiries and manage follow-up communications and materials.


* Progressively assume client-facing responsibilities, including direct interaction and presentation of analyses.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* Three plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services


* Bachelor's Degree required


* Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date


* Proven client service success and strong business acumen


* Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts


* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment


* Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business
