Front End and Customer Experience Business Specialist
Responsible for the day-to-day management of best practices development and implementation.
Work as part of a team to identify opportunities, define processes, develop communication and training materials and guide company-wide rollout of solutions.

- 2+ years retail store management or merchandising experience
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
- Ability to create and adopt new ways of approaching tasks and processes
- Ability to travel independently (- Ability to work overnight/unusual hours to perform in-store tasks
- Knowledge of in-store activities, including observations, performance measurements and summarizing observations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Ability to effectively lead associates to achieve objectives
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to delve into new areas and facilitate change across the company
- Knowledge of financials
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, resources and schedules
- Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking
Desired
- Knowledge of store operations and/or business knowledge in the department assigned
- Experience as a district coordinator- Develop best practices that will involve working with district/store associates, divisions and administrative departments on solutions that will enhance the customer shopping experience
- Improve and simplify our associates' work experience, deliver financial benefits and standardize best practices across the company
- Ensure rollouts and solutions support and align with the Customer 1st strategy
- Create best practices, management capabilities and processes that sustain continuous improvement
- Assist with the collaboration of Corporate Merchandising/Freshness & Standards leaders, division Merchandising and Operations leaders on process change solutions
- Perform selected/required key analysis as needed
- Travel to divisions and stores to develop best practices and implementation
