Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part-Time
Location: Marin Post Acute - Marin County, CA
Pay: $65-$75 per hour

Marin Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:


* Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Provide therapy services to help patients improve communication and swallowing abilities


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best patient outcomes


* Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment strategies and care plans


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:


* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology


* Current California SLP license


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassion for working with the elderly and rehabilitation patients
