Software Defined Power & Services Analyst
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $125,000 - $175,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst to support our global growth agenda.
This role will play a key part in conducting strategic research, supporting M&A and partnership evaluations, managing the global SDP roadmap and translating stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Research & Analysis (including M&A and Partnerships)
• Conduct market, competitor, and sector research to identify strategic opportunities.
• Support due diligence activities for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations grounded in data and financial modelling.
• Assess strategic fit, value creation potential, and risks for partnership and M&A initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to enable informed decision-making.

Manage Global SDP Roadmap
• Own and maintain the global SDP roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate with engineering, strategy and operational teams to track progress and dependencies.
• Facilitate roadmap planning sessions and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, resource gaps, and sequencing considerations, recommending adjustments where needed.
• Monitor delivery milestones and strategic outcomes.
3.
Develop User Journeys & Business Requirements
• Gather, analyse and document business needs from global stakeholders.
• Translate insights into actionable business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/strategic role.
• Strong background in research, data analysis, and insight preparation.
• Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, or partnership assessment (preferred).
• Experience contributing to global roadmaps or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, user journeys, and requirements gathering methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with AI and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
