Marin Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our experienced therapy team.

As a key member of our interdisciplinary care group, you will play an essential role in helping residents regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities


* Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments


* Develop personalized care plans to support each resident's goals


* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members


* Track and document progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards


* Support a positive, encouraging rehab environment

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license


* Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply


* Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
