Compensation: $ 48.00-$ 55.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities



* Treatment Implementation: Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions as outlined in the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist.


* Functional Mobility: Guide residents through gait training, therapeutic exercises, and balance activities using our state-of-the-art equipment.


* Documentation: Maintain precise and timely daily notes and progress reports in accordance with state and facility standards.


* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of therapists and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to resident recovery.


* Resident Education: Instruct residents and their families on the safe use of assistive devices and home exercise programs.

Qualifications



* Current, valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License in the state of California.
