Senior Internal Communications Partner – NAM IT Operations

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600- $176,400 TTC per year, which includes base pay and bonus.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Role Description

We are seeking a senior-level Internal Communications professional to lead communications for our North America IT Operations organization.

Supporting a team of 450+ employees and a user base of up to 40,000 employees, this role is critical in shaping how IT initiatives are understood, adopted, and experienced across the region.

As a strategic advisor to IT leadership, you will define and execute a comprehensive communications strategy, ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders, and bring creativity to how we communicate complex technology topics.

This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role where you will sit on the NAM IT Ops Leadership Team and directly influence how we engage employees across the region.

Drive Strategy


* Develop and execute a regional IT communications strategy that aligns with global IT goals and major business priorities.


* Build communication plans for organizational changes, operating model updates, and regional rollouts of global IT policies.

* Write clear, compelling content for newsletters, leadership updates, IT announcements, and town halls.
