You have


* A BSc Diploma or equivalent experience


* Experience gathering and translating business requirements


* Skill in mapping processes and spotting improvements


* Confidence engaging stakeholders and leading discussions


* The ability to use data to support analysis and decisions.

The practical bits


* You’ll work Monday to Friday


* You’ll work core hours between 9 am and 5:30 pm with flexibility built in


* We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home


* Our anchor day is Thursday with a flexible second day
