Pay: $29-$43 per hour

South Creek Post Acute is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time evening shift.

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans


* Administer prescribed medications and treatments with accuracy


* Observe residents' conditions and report/document changes appropriately


* Partner with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes


* Foster meaningful connections with residents and their families

Qualifications


* Current LPN license in the State of Washington


* Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills


* Effective communication and collaboration abilities


* Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
