About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity, starting with a three-year customised graduate development program.

You will rotate across various specialised departments at our aluminium smelter in Portland, Victoria.

What you’ll be doing

As a Occupational Hygiene Graduate at Alcoa, you will learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in:


* Providing occupational hygiene advice to the site


* Monitoring and reviewing performance measures, safety activities and identify improvement strategies


* Developing and deployment of initiatives and projects across the site


* Audits – conducting them, following up documents and correction actions

Development and mentoring

Throughout the program, you will be provided with:
