Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



* Providing analytical skills to support process improvement, specialized studies, and definition of requirements.


* Typical duties include analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional container infrastructure models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties.


* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines


* Collaborate with development teams to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.


* Ensure infrastructure as code using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.


* Optimize the development workflow and improve deployment frequency and reliability

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:



* 10 years IT systems administrative experience with both Microsoft and Linux platforms


* Active TS/SCI security clearance


* Experience developing code in at least one high-level programming language; building highly automated infrastructures; and administering operating systems.


* Understanding of modern development and operations processes and methodologies.


* Ability to implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on AWS.


* Ability to implement and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation.


* Ability to define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems on AWS.


* IAT Level II certification


* Candidates must have AWS certifications or trainings in at least one of the listed below.
Three (3) years proven relevant experience may be substituted as applicable to each certification or training.

1.

AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or training

2.

AWS SysOps Administrator Certification or training

3.

AWS DevOp Engineer Certification or training.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications


* Proficiency in AWS tools such as: Kubernetes, EKS, Diode, Lambda etc.
