💼 What You'll Do:


* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents


* Monitor and assess resident conditions and respond appropriately


* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


* Collaborate with the care team to develop and revise care plans


* Supervise and support CNAs and LVNs


* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with residents and families
