What You'll Do


* Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents


* Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility, and more


* Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions


* Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team


* Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team


* Engage in ongoing training, education, and teamwork

* Are a current CNA in the state of California, or have completed an approved OBRA training program
