Location: Orchard Post Acute - Fresno, CA
Pay Range: $28-$29/hour BOE

We're currently hiring Part-Time LVNs for all shifts at our skilled nursing facility in Fresno, CA.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct bedside care, medication administration, and treatments as per scope of practice


* Implement and monitor individualized care plans


* Accurately monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions


* Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders


* Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and outside agencies


* Support team goals and foster a collaborative care environment


* Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:


* Valid California LVN license (Required)


* Current CPR certification


* Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing resident needs


* Understanding of long-term care regulations preferred


* Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
