We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who will also oversee Central Supply to help keep our building running smoothly and our residents well cared for.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually
๐ŸŒŸ What You'll Be Doing:

๐Ÿ“… Creating and managing staff schedules
๐Ÿ“ž Handling call-ins and securing coverage (you're the daily hero!)
โœ”๏ธ Ensuring proper staffing ratios at all times
๐Ÿค Communicating with nursing leadership
๐Ÿฉบ Working the floor as a CNA when needed โ€” teamwork first!
๐Ÿ“ฆ Managing Central Supply (ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies to keep the building fully prepared)

General Purpose

The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.

Administrative Functions

โ€ข Assist Maintain a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers.

โ€ข Update business office with current posting of all department managers' phone numbers.
