Registered Nurse (RN) - part time

Location: Salinas Valley Post Acute - Salinas, CA
Shift: PM Shift (Evening) weekends
Pay: $50 per hour

Position Summary

As a part time RN, you will play a key role in providing direct nursing care, supporting residents' overall well‑being, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.

This NOC shift role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a supportive team environment and are passionate about post‑acute and long‑term care.

Responsibilities


* Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and regulatory standards


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and progress


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans


* Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs as needed


* Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff

Qualifications


* Current California RN license in good standing


* Prior experience in post‑acute, long‑term care, or skilled nursing preferred (not required)


* Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills


* Ability to work the NOC shift and thrive in a fast‑paced environment


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused
