Schedule: Full-Time | Friday - Saturday 12am - 4pm and Saturday - Sunday 12am-4pm
Program: Residential Habilitative ProgramAbout the Role:Looking for meaningful overnight work with great pay and benefits? As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting.

No experience required-we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success!What You'll Do:Overnight Care & Support:


* Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the night


* Provide assistance with personal care needs as required


* Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs


* Implement approved behavior support plans when needed

Independence & Skill Building:


* Support individuals in working toward their personal independence goals


* Provide coaching and guidance following individualized care plans


* Serve as a positive role model and trusted presence


* Assist with morning routines and preparation for the day ahead

Household & Daily Living:


* Help with meal preparation for early morning or evening meals


* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment


* Complete light housekeeping duties as needed


* Ensure the home is well-organized and comfortable

Documentation & Communication:


* Complete required overnight logs, reports, and data collection


* Communicate important information to day shift staff


* Document any incidents or changes in resident needs


* Maintain accurate medication administration records

What We're Looking For:Required:


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving record


* PA clearances (Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI fingerprinting)


* Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently


* Comfortable working overnight hours
