Successful candidates:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field - MSW preferred

2 years social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility or hospice required!

Rate: $31.25-$36.06/hour
