Position Summary

The Systems Engineer - Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud will serve as a technical expert responsible for the support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll module.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud, with a strong emphasis on Payroll configuration, integration, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience deploying new capabilities and supporting complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities



* Analyze complex business requirements and develop detailed technical design specifications in accordance with organizational standards.


* Collaborate with technical teams to guide design decisions and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.


* Apply deep working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll processes, configurations, and Fast Formulas to deliver accurate efficient solutions and meet evolving business needs.


* Research and resolve Payroll configuration and technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:


* Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to transition between high-level architectural design and detailed technical implementation.


* Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to act decisively under uncertainty and adapt to emerging technologies and organizational strategies.


* Knowledge of Oracle HCM Payroll concepts and a solid understanding of core payroll processes, including Retro calculations, payroll calculations, pay slip generation, calculation cards, and interfaces to GL/AP.
