CNA Responsibilities


* Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner


* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards


* Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staff

CNA Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification required


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented


* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude


* Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
